Sail Training Shetland has launched the application process for its 2011 Sail Training Scheme.
As at 10am this morning – Thursday 5 August, the Swan and Christian Radich had both reached the UK coast and are making steady progress.
Following an unfortunate return to Kristiansand on Sunday evening after one of the sail trainees, Jason Bryant from Lerwick, fell ill, the Swan set sail again for Hartlepool at around 0800hrs this morning – Tuesday 3 August 2010.
The ten trainees who left Shetland early on Tuesday morning onboard the Swan have arrived in Kristiansand to join the start of the second race of the Tall Ships Races.
